Design of space frame roof of warehouses

The steel structure of this project is the space frame roof of the metro constructions and the comprehensive base field project, which is mainly composed of three blocks, namely, the inspection warehouse, the maintenance of the main workshop, and the application warehouse.  The roof space frame of each block is in the form of bolt-ball nodes placed in the quadral cone space frame.  

The structural characteristics and details of the space frame in each block are as follows:

The plane axis size of the space frame is 156m×75m, and the distance between the supporting columns in the length direction is 12m. The span of the space frame is 27m, 21m, and 27m respectively (as shown in the figure): the chord elevation of the space frame is 12m, and its thickness is about 2.185m. The whole frame is provided with an A ridge between axis A~B and near axis C. The thickness of the frame at the ridge is 2.02m and 2.275m respectively, and the slope is 3% on both sides. The roof is provided with a gutter at axis B;

Using the library

The size of the frame plane axis is 260.4m×120m, and the distance between the supporting columns in the length direction is 12m. The span of the frame is 36m

(the span of the P~N axis is 12m), the lower chord elevation of the frame is 9.5m, and the height of the frame itself is 2.42m. As A whole, there is A ridge between axis A~E, AXIS E~J, and axis J~N. The thickness of the ridge is 2.55m, and the slope is 3% on both sides. Roof in E axis, J axis, N axis is provided with gutter;

Maintenance of the main plant

The size of the frame plane axis is 240m×110.4m, and the distance between the supporting columns in the length direction is 12m. The span of the frame is 20.085m, 18m, 21m, 15m, 17m, etc., the lower chord elevation of the frame is 12.9m, and the thickness of the frame itself is 2.6m. The whole frame is provided with a ridge at axis B, D, and F. The thickness of the frame at the ridge is 2.6m, 2.6m, and 2.51m respectively. The slope is 3% on both sides. The roof has a gutter at axis C and E.
