The cement clinker production line project includes the limestone pre-homogenization storage yard, the raw coal pre-homogenization storage yard, the clinker warehouse, and the steel space frame project of the raw coal storage shed.
At present, the production line stacking shed in the cement industry is used for storing limestone, auxiliary materials, and clinker, and the space frame structure is mostly used. It requires a large span, a large space, and a generally long length. The space frame structure has been widely used in cement production lines. Xuzhou LF Company undertook the project of cement clinker production line, the limestone, auxiliary material pile, and clinker warehouse all adopt a square quadrangular pyramid space frame structure.
The space frame project has a large span, a high height, and a large coverage area. If the traditional space frame-filled scaffolding construction scheme is used, the cost and construction period will be high.
