Compare the material of steel structure. Due to the large span of the fully enclosed coalstorage, the materials used are all structural steel, and the materials are generally required to be Q235B, Q235C, Q345B, etc. The material is directly related to the price of the material. If a material smaller than the above-mentioned material is selected, safety cannot be guaranteed at all.
Compare the anti-corrosion quality of steel structure. The fully enclosed coal storageis in a highly corrosive environment. Therefore, high standards of anti-corrosion must be used. Shot blasting must be used to remove rust. Epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy mica intermediate paint, and polyurethane topcoat must be applied. The thickness of the paint film must reach 200 microns. If the anti-corrosion is not done well, it will greatly affect the service life of the steel structure.
Compare the material, thickness and version of the roof panel. Fully enclosed coal storage roof panels generally use high-quality aluminum-zinc-plated color steel plates as the base material, and the thickness is generally greater than 0.6mm. The plate shape cannot be shallower to ensure strength.
