General access to the net height should not be less than 1.8M, the platform should be set up around the general protection railing, railing height is generally 1M. when the platform height is greater than 2M, should be set up under the protection railing height of 100-150mm skirting board. Platform should be set for up and down the ladder, ladder width should not be less than 600mm.

 

The composition and classification of structural platform

 

  1. Composition: the platform structure usually consists of paving slabs, main and secondary beams, columns, inter-column supports, as well as ladders, railings and other components.

 

  2. Classification: according to the use of requirements can be divided into indoor and room on the platform, bear static load and power load platform, production auxiliary platform, as well as medium and heavy operation platform. According to the different ways of handling the support, the platform structure can also be divided into:

  1) all for independent platform. Subject to a large power load or a heavy reason for a large equipment platform, it is appropriate to design with the plant columns to disengage, directly supported on the independent columns.

  2) directly resting on the plant column tripod or cattle leg platform, the function is usually a safe passage or a simple medium-sized operating platform.

  4)platform supported on large equipment.
