Structural Steel Buildings

A steel structure building is a building with a load-bearing structure made of construction steel. Usually, beams, columns, trusses and other components made of steel sections and plates form the load-bearing structure. Together with the roof, floor and wall enclosure structure, they form a whole plant building.

Construction steel usually refers to hot-rolled steel angle, channel, I-beam, H-beam and steel pipe. Disadvantages

1.Heat-resistant but not fire-resistant, need to apply fire-resistant coatings on the surface.

2.Easy to be corroded, the surface needs to be coated with anticorrosive coatings to reduce or avoid corrosion and improve durability.
