Third, there is another kind that not only serves as an inspection channel, but also hangs stereos, lamps and the like. The loads considered in the design are different, and the difference is relatively large.

In the design of catwalk, the load is applied as:

1.The self-weight load of the catwalk, usually the static load of the catwalk is 70~80kg/m, according to the calculation, the point load is applied to the lower string ball or the upper string ball, and the static load input can be modified. The static load value in working condition 1 is also A working condition can be added and input according to static load.

2.The live load of catwalk, that is, the maintenance load, is generally 90~100kg/m. According to the calculation, the point load is applied to the lower string or the upper string ball, and the load value is input in working condition 2 or increased working condition.

Then the catwalk load takes the static load of 100kg/m+live load of 100kg/m, and does not exceed 2KN/m.
