As a large-scale public building itself has a single-layer large space building scale characteristics, the construction program in the building form of modern technology and the concept of processing techniques, the use of steel structure, the surface is covered with tensile membrane, reflecting the building of the times. In the spatial form of light film and glass compared to the design approach to form a multi-level spatial form, to bring a strong visual impact, as the viewing angle also appears light, beautiful, generous visual enjoyment.

Yinchuan International Convention and Exhibition Center adopts reinforced concrete column-under-independent foundation, and the local one-story basement is reinforced concrete column-under-independent foundation + beam-slab raft foundation. The main structure adopts reinforced concrete frame structure, the main and secondary beams adopt steel structure, and the roof adopts steel structure except for some small-span reinforced concrete floor slabs. The seismic intensity of the building is designed at 8 degrees, and the design service life is 50 years. The supporting facilities of the exhibition hall are designed according to the international practice, and after PDS integrated wiring, strong power, weak power, information, communication, water supply, drainage, compressed air, etc. reach each booth through the underground pipeline trench, with complete facilities and considerate services, which are sufficient to meet the needs of various types of exhibitions.
